Job Summary:
We seek a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Training Team Lead to spearhead our L&D initiatives. This leadership role will define, oversee, and execute a comprehensive L&D portfolio, leveraging AI solutions for personalized, adaptive, and impactful learning. The ideal candidate will be a visionary problem-solver, creative thinker, possess foundational Adtech understanding, and demonstrate strong customer-centricity. They will bring deep expertise in behavioral skills development and a broad understanding of L&D methodologies across diverse industries, aligning skill development with business objectives and preparing our workforce for future challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic L&D Leadership & Team Management
- Define and execute a holistic L&D strategy that supports business goals and addresses organizational skill gaps.
- Lead, mentor, and empower L&D professionals (including soft skills SME Trainers), fostering continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
- Manage the entire learning lifecycle: needs assessment, content curation, innovative delivery, robust evaluation, and continuous program iteration.
- Set team goals, allocate resources, and oversee project timelines for successful L&D initiative execution.
- Drive impactful behavioral and soft skills program design and implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational values and performance.
Advanced AI & Technology Integration
- Champion strategic integration and adoption of AI technologies (e.g., adaptive platforms, virtual simulations, AI-driven content/assessments, predictive analytics) across all L&D programs.
- Proactively evaluate, pilot, and recommend new AI tools to enhance learning efficacy, personalization, and scalability.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-enhanced content creation, delivery, and advanced assessment strategies.
- Leverage data analytics from AI platforms to measure training effectiveness, identify emerging skill gaps, and forecast future learning needs.
Adtech & Industry Relevance
- Identify L&D needs related to the evolving Adtech landscape (digital advertising, programmatic media, platforms, data analytics, privacy).
- Strategically curate or develop targeted training programs that build critical Adtech capabilities.
- Collaborate with Adtech business units to understand specific learning requirements, anticipate future skill demands, and contribute to their talent development roadmap.
Stakeholder & Executive Partnership
- Serve as a primary L&D consultant to senior leadership, proactively identifying strategic learning opportunities and influencing talent development priorities.
- Build strong, collaborative, customer-centric relationships with stakeholders to ensure L&D initiatives are relevant, impactful, and integrated.
- Communicate L&D strategy, progress, and measurable impact persuasively to executive audiences.
Program Design & Effectiveness Oversight
- Oversee high-quality design and delivery of advanced behavioral, leadership, and specialized training, based on adult learning principles.
- Establish robust measurement frameworks, using advanced data analytics to track, evaluate, and continuously improve program effectiveness and ROI.
- Foster innovation in learning methodologies (experiential, microlearning, gamification) to maximize engagement and retention.
- Stay current with L&D methodologies, best practices, and industry trends across various sectors.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Business, or related field required; Master's preferred.
Experience
- 7+ years in corporate L&D, with 3-4 years in a leadership/team lead role.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic L&D program design, evaluation, and impactful behavioral/soft skills training.
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in modern learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools, virtual platforms).
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling AI-driven learning solutions.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret learning and business data for actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Adtech platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Deep understanding of L&D methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick's) and their cross-industry application.

- Experience designing/implementing global L&D programs.
- Strong knowledge of industry L&D benchmarks and best practices.
