Key Responsibilities:


Data Entry and Management:


  • Enter and update data related to business development activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and partnership opportunities, into various systems or databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by verifying and validating information from multiple sources.
  • Maintain organized and well-structured data records for easy retrieval and analysis.


Lead Generation Support:


  • Assist in the collection and organization of lead data from various sources, such as online research, industry events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Enter and categorize lead information into the CRM system or lead management tools.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to ensure the completeness and accuracy of lead data.


Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Assist in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve reporting processes and data visualization techniques.


Data Quality Assurance:


  • Conduct regular data checks and audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to validate and cleanse data to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in documenting data quality issues and proposing improvements for data management processes.


Collaboration and Communication:


  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry.
  • Seek clarification when needed and maintain open channels of communication regarding data-related tasks and progress.
  • Assist in providing data-related support to team members and addressing data-related inquiries.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing or a related field (or recent graduate or post graduate ).
  • Basic understanding of the ad tech industry and business development processes is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry, analysis, and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and summarize data effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and data management tools.
  • Prior experience with data entry or working with databases is a plus.
